Stop and Smell the Roses

I have recently started doing some power walking (basically I just walk far and fast until I am sufficiently red faced and sweaty) to try to get back in shape and back into some of my old clothes. Sophia loves our walks and always tries to reach out and grab the flowers and bushes as we pass them.
