8 months

Today Sophia is 8 months old. I still can't believe how fast the time going. I have a very hard time even remembering life before motherhood. I love being Sophia's mom. Watching her grow and change is fascinating to me. Here are some of the new things going on:

Sophia has 5 teeth, that's right 5 (I am still breastfeeding too, I say a little prayer every time I get ready to feed her)
We are trying a ton of new foods; pasta, turkey, chicken, avocado, beets and many other things
We finally got 2 nights of uninterrupted sleep last week but it didn't last (at this point I will take what I can get)
Sophia has started mimicking, I say "dada" she says "dada"
She claps and waves and "dances" to music

Everyday I am amazed by the wonderful little person that is my daughter. It is hard to believe that just over 8 months ago Sophia and I looked like this...
